Declaration of impartiality

CERTIFICATION MILANO carries out the certification of the System for the Prevention of Corruption (UNI ISO 37001:2016) and the certification of the Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018; UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017) using objective evidences obtained through an impartial, fair, valid and reliable evaluation and unaffected by other interests or by other parties and without prejudice. 

 

To ensure the impartiality of its activities, CERTIFICATION Milano periodically carries out an assessment of the risk arising from actual or potential threats, identifiable in the activities of internal staff responsible for the assessment of applications for certification/renewal, auditors/Lead auditors, the Approval Committee and the Scheme or Safeguard Committee and impartiality, such as:

  • conflict of interest;
  • potential personal interests;
  • subjectivity of judgment;
  • familiarity;
  • intimidation;
  • the economic/financial constraints.

 

In order to ensure the impartiality of its certification process, CERTIFICATION Milano undertakes to manage, eliminate or reduce the actual or potential risks arising from the risk assessment by developing business management procedures, monitoring and evaluating their compliance, including through stakeholder involvement, training the staff involved, asking their internal and external staff, the signing of a Declaration of Confidentiality and no conflict of interest.
